About the job Process Leader (Operations)

Remuneration: Salary


Main Duties:


  • Lead and develop the team to meet production and quality targets while ensuring strict health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Monitor team performance, provide continuous feedback, and conduct reviews to drive employee development and operational improvements
  • Deliver shift KPI targets and promptly escalate operational bottlenecks or issues to management
  • Troubleshoot product and plant issues, collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
  • Drive lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate clear communication between management and shop-floor teams to ensure seamless shift handovers and operations

What skills do you need?


  • MQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership/Management; technical qualifications or Wireman Licence A and B highly valued
  • 3–5 years in manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory lean environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to effectively motivate and develop a team
  • Solid understanding of quality systems and processes
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
