About the job Operations Process Leader

Basis: Full time


Remuneration: Salary


Main Duties:


  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve planned output and quality targets while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety guidelines
  • Monitor and review team performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting employee development through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • Achieve shift KPI targets and report any operational issues to management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product and plant issues, liaising with the maintenance team when necessary
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, brainstorming events, and other continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between management and team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations

What skills do you need?


  • A Leadership or Management Diploma (MQF Level 5)
  • A technical qualification and/or Wireman Licence A and B will be considered an asset
  • 3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably within a lean manufacturing setting)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Solid understanding of quality systems and processes
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
