Main Duties:








  • Advise private clients on Malta's citizenship, residency, and investment migration pathways
  • Manage end-to-end filings for residence permits, work permits, visas, and citizenship
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding application progress and regulatory shifts
  • Act as the primary point of contact with Identità, the CFR, and other government departments
  • Oversee official document registrations and procedural steps for Maltese licensing
  • Assist with appeal submissions and direct responses to inquiries from immigration authorities
  • Monitor legislative changes to provide updated guidance and lead internal training sessions
  • Contribute to firm publications and collaborate across departments for integrated legal delivery

What skills do you need:


  • At least two years specializing in Maltese immigration law, with proven expertise in residency permits and citizenship schemes. Experience across diverse programs is a significant advantage
  • Deep technical knowledge of local and international immigration frameworks, coupled with a passion for the field
  • Full professional proficiency in written and verbal English and Maltese
  • High competency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • A self-starter with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload independently
  • A degree in Law or a relevant discipline is preferred
