About the job Accommodations Administrative Coordinator

Remuneration: Salary


Main Duties:


  • Meet and greet foreign recruits upon their arrival
  • Ensure tenant adherence to company accommodation rules and regulations
  • Inspect apartments regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance needs
  • Manage the main accommodations mailbox, resolving employee inquiries/complaints
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, schedules and coordinate tenancy changes 
  • Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure cleaning and maintenance standards are met
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and process utility or maintenance charges to tenants
  • Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies on an on-call basis
  • Collect utility meter readings and report/resolve tenant requests
  • Handle any other task or project assigned by the management

What skills do you need?


  • Minimum O'Level standard of education
  • 1+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality preferred
  • Driving license B
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel Advanced & Formulas)
  • Have strong attention to detail, follow Compliance and can be flexible

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
