JOB SUMMARY
Under the general Supervision of the Fire life safety team leader, he works on the maintenance and repairs of all aspects of the fire alarm and protection system and all equipment by One&Only procedures to ensure the optimum effect operation of the equipment at any time. Make new installations or modifications with the established codes.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Assemble, install, test, and maintain Fire alarm and fire detection system and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
•    Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to
•    locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
•    Inspect fire alarm systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for 
•    adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
•    Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Test fire alarm and fire protection systems and continuity of circuits in wiring & equipment.
•    Participate in regular preventive maintenance programs on fire detection and fire protection equipment.
•    Check all fire detectors, heat detectors MCP installed in guest villas, offices accommodation, etc.
•    Ensures all problems are being attended to and solved concerning fire equipment and machinery, 
•    panels etc. are recorded in the logbook. Always keep panel zero faults.
•    Maintains cleanliness around the surroundings of his area of responsibility.
•    Will perform other duties that are from time to time assigned to him upon emergency.
•    Will perform his duties in a manner that brings credit to the Department.
•    To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.

SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT 
•    At least three years of experience in the same field.
•    Preferably colleague level and have a background in electrical, electronic & mechanical.
•    Must have good moral character and can speak the English language fluently.
•    Must have good interpersonal skills.
