JOB SUMMARY
Painter, Engineering will possess a combination of carpentry and painting skills, with the ability to prepare surfaces, and apply paints, and finishes to various structures and woodworking projects. As a Painter, Engineering will contribute to the aesthetic and protective aspects of our projects, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Prepare surfaces of structures and woodwork by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections, ensuring optimal paint adhesion.
•    Apply primers, paints, stains, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, and spray guns, maintaining consistent and even coverage.
•    Mix and match paint colors and finishes to achieve desired aesthetics, taking into consideration project requirements and design specifications.
•    Perform carpentry work, including minor repairs, sanding, and surface preparation for painting purposes.
•    Utilize various painting techniques, such as layering, blending, distressing, and faux finishes, to achieve desired visual effects.
•    Ensure paint application is precise, free of drips, streaks, or brush marks, and meets quality standards.
•    Collaborate with other team members to coordinate painting and carpentry tasks within project timelines.
•    Maintain painting equipment, tools, and supplies in good working condition, and follow safety protocols while working with paints and chemicals.
•    Inspect completed work for imperfections, touch up areas as needed, and ensure a flawless finish.
•    Keep accurate records of paint colors, mixing ratios, and project details for future reference.
•    To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.

SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT 
•    Should have 1 year of experience in painting works.
•    Must have Good Moral Character and can speak the English language.
•    Should be able to do multitasking.
•    Should know how to read and write (High School Graduate).
