  • Provide clear focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems
  • Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful delivery

  • Will demonstrate broad industry knowledge combined with sharp business acumen
  • Are able to quickly develop an understanding of the client’s situation to maximize the impact of Arthur D. Little’s presence
  • Can fall back on appropriate leadership and convincing skills to motivate your team and drive change in your client’s environment

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization


Qualifications
  • Strategy consulting experiences, preferably with global firms
  • Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
  • Deep industry expertise and demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Entrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in another ASEAN language is an advantage such as Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian (Bahasa) and Filipino (Tagalog)
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia and beyond for team and client meetings
