Integration Manager (Xsolla Pages)

We are looking for an Integration Manager with full-stack development skills to serve as the technical owner for Xsolla Pages builds and integrations. This role combines hands-on development with partner support, requiring someone who excels at both coding and communication. You'll build custom pages, integrate B2C plugins (Quests, Offerwall, Rewards), and work directly with partners on frontend and backend implementation while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience

  
  

• Strong communication skills: ability to present products, clarify partner needs, and propose effective technical solutions.

  
  

• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

  
  

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with site builder tools (e.g., Webflow, Wix, Squarespace).

  
  

• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and RESTful APIs integration using fetch or similar methods.

  
  

• Experience with version control systems (Git).

  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills: reading logs, identifying root causes, and debugging complex integration issues.

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  
  

• Advanced user of AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).

Ability to use Claude Code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop template-based and custom Xsolla Pages for partner projects using site builder platforms and custom code.

  
  

• Integrate B2C plugins into partner implementations and configure functionality based on project requirements.

  
  

• Serve as technical point of contact for partners throughout onboarding and implementation, answering questions about functionality, plugin configuration, and technical requirements.

  
  

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure pages align with brand and user experience goals.

  
  

• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and conduct quality audits on game titles, pricing, and SKU.

  
  

• Provide mentorship and code review feedback to junior developers, guiding them through custom development tasks and assisting with new or complex customized feature requests.

  
  

• Analyze current technical issues and provide recommendations on solutions to implement.
