Job Description:
Responsible for designing and optimizing ServiceNow processes and workflows in alignment with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices, ensuring efficient, standardized, and business aligned service management processes.
Responsibilities
Design and document ServiceNow processes and workflows (Incident, Change, Request, Problem, etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
Translate requirements into clear functional process designs and specifications.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow out of the box capabilities and governance standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to support implementation and UAT.
Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
Hands on experience in ServiceNow process design.
Good stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
ITIL Foundation certification; ServiceNow certification is a plus.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and French
