Job Description:


  • Responsible for designing and optimizing ServiceNow processes and workflows in alignment with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices, ensuring efficient, standardized, and business aligned service management processes.


Responsibilities 


  • Design and document ServiceNow processes and workflows (Incident, Change, Request, Problem, etc.).


  • Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops.


  • Translate requirements into clear functional process designs and specifications.


  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow out of the box capabilities and governance standards.


  • Collaborate with technical teams to support implementation and UAT.


  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.


  • Hands on experience in ServiceNow process design.


  • Good stakeholder communication and analytical skills.


  • ITIL Foundation certification; ServiceNow certification is a plus.


Language Requirements:


  • Fluent in English and French
