For more than two decades, Global Jet, a leading European Aircraft Management company, has been delivering excellence, reliability, and discretion to an exclusive international clientele, operating in a high‑end, dynamic, and safety‑driven aviation environment.


The Engineering Department is in charge of developing and maintaining flight operations procedures, manuals and checklists for all the aircraft types present in the Global Jet fleet, in collaboration with the Pilot Fleet Chiefs. Daily tasks include route and airport performance analysis together with Mass and Balance definitions and computations, EFB management, …


Alongside the Operational matters, the Engineering Department is also in charge of the airworthiness documentation, process improvement and reliability for all the aircraft types present in the Global Jet fleet, in collaboration with the CAMO Department.


A key element is to ensure that safety is to the highest standards and each procedure is in accordance with the different regulations, such as EASA, FAA, and foreign CAA such as Aruba DCA, CAA KY, etc. and the TC holder recommendations.


Global Jet’s Engineering Department includes highly qualified personnel, experienced in project management and Regulation, working to ensure an efficient management of the approved documentation.


You will report to the Engineering Manager and you will be in charge of the following tasks:


  • Creation of Operation Manuals, definition and validation of SOPs and associated procedures for the fleet of aircraft


  • Project management support within the engineering department, to participate in such company-wide projects as digitalization, integrating new software tools, and enhancing client offerings.


  • Study of aircraft performances for specific routes and airports as well as mass & balance calculations


  • Follow-up and study of operation specifications, such as Steep Approach, CAT II/III, etc. Deliver internal training on these topics, as required.


  • EFB management and support to the EFB administrator


  • Carbon Emission management


  • Collaboration and support other Global Jet departments (Training, Safety, Compliance Monitoring etc..)


  • Act as an Engineering Department contact point for CAAs



  • Aeronautical Engineer/Master degree preferred 


  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineer and possess suitable knowledge in aviation.


  • A passion for aviation, pragmatic and creative problem-solving, collaborative team working in multicultural environment, adaptable in a stressful situation, able to speak English with other European languages are a plus
