Our client, the Institute of Metacognitive Programming (IMCP), is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager (Offline Programs) to lead and elevate the promotion of its offline educational programs. This is a full-time remote position for someone with extensive experience in marketing large-scale projects, conferences, and events, who can strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all offline programs.
  • Organize and manage marketing activities across multiple channels.
  • Lead project execution, oversee all stages of program launches, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Allocate and monitor marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new ideas to improve key metrics, optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel, and test hypotheses for scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage PR campaigns to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Implement content strategies that support offline program promotion and audience engagement.
  • Achieve SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, agencies, and external partners.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights on performance and results.

Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Proven success in promoting travel projects, conferences, or large-scale events.
