Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized fashion advice.
• Drive sales and achieve sales targets by promoting our products and building strong customer relationships.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, Ironing and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, and returns efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

• تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم نصائح أزياء مخصصة.
• تعزيز المبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية من خلال الترويج لمنتجاتنا وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
• الحفاظ على معايير عرض المتجر، بما في ذلك ترتيب البضائع، وتعبئة المخزون، الكوي والحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة ومنظمة.
• معالجة المعاملات بدقة والتعامل مع النقد والبطاقات والمرتجعات بكفاءة.
• البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الأزياء ومعرفة المنتجات لمساعدة العملاء بشكل فعال.
• التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان بيئة عمل إيجابية ومنسجمة.
