The Production Manager at Capital Partners will oversee the day-to-day operations of our production facilities, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively.
This role is crucial in coordinating all production activities, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards to meet the demands of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and control the production process on a daily basis to ensure the efficient production of quality products.
Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining flexibility to address unforeseen issues.
Monitor production output and resolve issues that may arise, working closely with quality control to maintain product standards.
Analyze production data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to minimize risks in the production environment.
Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to optimize production workflows.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in production operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the retail or food industry.
Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of production processes and quality control.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
