The Performance Executive supports the execution and optimization of digital performance campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms. The role ensures campaigns are delivered efficiently, meet client objectives, and are continuously improved through data-driven insights.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in planning and launching digital performance campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across key digital platforms (search, social, programmatic).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and apply platform best practices to maximize performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, proactively flagging underperformance and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports (weekly, mid-campaign, and post-campaign) with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging media solutions.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, benchmarks, and performance rationales for internal and client use.

Requirements



  • 1–2 years of experience in digital performance marketing or media execution.
  • Familiarity with paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
