Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including cafes, restaurants, and retail outlets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share
  • Promote and sell a range of products including organic tea, syrups, frappe mixes, hot chocolate, purees, coffee, and frozen cakes
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned areas
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and updates on a regular basis


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B outdoor sales within the Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong experience in beverage sales is a must
  • Good knowledge of the local market (Keserwan, Beirut & South)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales drive
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license
