We are looking for a Media Planning Executive who is passionate about strategy, insights, and the power of media to drive business growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver day-to-day strategic work for clients — stewarding ideas from insight through execution across multiple channels. You’ll analyze data, uncover audience behaviors, and help translate business objectives into impactful, well-structured media plans that deliver measurable results.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in developing and optimizing media plans across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver day-to-day strategic work for clients, ensuring smooth execution from planning through activation.
  • Deliver a point of view around client business, category, culture, and consumer by compiling, analysing, and interpreting data from various research sources (proprietary, syndicated, or client-provided).
  • Repurpose and adapt agency thought leadership for clients, and contribute to the creation of new thought-leadership materials.
  • Brief internal teams and external media partners for ideation; lead and steer brainstorming sessions where needed.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging media channels and partners — especially within the digital landscape — and identify how they can be leveraged in client strategies.
  • Support planners and managers with campaign forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct research on market trends, audience behaviours, and competitor activities to inform strategy and planning.
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure alignment with planned objectives and KPIs.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements



  • 1–2 years of experience in media planning, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or planning tools.
  • A passion for understanding audiences and using insights to guide media decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
