Job description

As part of the SFP team, the consumer programs manager is in charge of overseeing, leading, and delivering on three critical areas: (1) project management, (2) consumer programs strategy and deployment, (3) portfolio strategy and deployment. The overarching expected benefits of the consumer programs manager is to deliver on the market's SFP business growth witha focus on acquisition and retention strategies across the mentioned key pillars.
To ensure achievement of the deliverables, the consumer programs manager is expected to collaborate, guide, and support the SFP, digital, and commercial operations teams. The role requires supporting the SFP manager in designing portfolio and programs strategies and ensuring the execution of the omnichannel projects with quality and meticulousness.



More Specifucall, you will:



SFP Projects Management:
1- Design the omnichannel deployment strategy and plan for key SFP projects in the market. Onboard all SFP, digital and commercial functions on the strategy, objective and expected outcomes/deliverables of the SFP project. Coordinate in a collaborative and cross-functional approach the omnichannel deployment planning and readiness of the business towards the initiative deployment. Identify critical performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate results of the initiative. Ensure accurate and automated reporting of the KPIs via analytics teams and tools. Maintain project management mindset even post launch to continue driving further value and identifying opportunities and threats.



2- SFP Portfolio Strategy:
Design the market's LRP Portfolio Strategy for the SFP category. Leverage on various data sources, market and category trends, market research, and analytics to identify acquisition and retention opportunities or threats that can be mitigated by a strategic protfolio plan. Ensure that the portfolio strategy for the market accounts for product assortment and pricing strategy. Collaborate with Cluster, Regional and Central portfolio teams to establish a sound business case for the portfolio strategy. Drive the approval of all portfolio initiatives and ensure commercial readiness to deploy the portfolio initiatives in the market. Establish robust KPIs to track portfolio performance across various retail, trade and wholesale channels. Lead the multi-tier portfolio expansion and assortment strategy for the market.
Ensure proper understanding of SFP portfolio performance in order to maintain oversight and involvement in the submitted volume and performance forecasts to ensure product availability while mitigating excessive inventory levels in the market.



3- SFP Consumer Programs:
Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives from idea generation to deployment planning while identifying main channels & programs KPI's together with project owners alongside with tracking throughout the different journeys. Ensure that the designed consumer programs serve the category's acqusition or retention must-win-battles.
Develop, implement and monitor Consumer programs to ensure high performance and target completion. Ensure that all Global and Regional consumer programs are adapted based on local specifics and regulatory framework (such as: consumer demand/pain pointsm performance dashboards from different data sources) and implementedfollowing the standards and properly.Coordinating cross-functional teams across Consumer Experience, Marketing & Digital and Commercial Operations to ensure effective execution (projects are allocated to the different CJ phases depending on the main focus).



4- SFP Fundamental KPIs:
Ensure proficient knowledge and ownership of fundamental SFP cateogry KPIs. Demonstrate advanced understanding of User metrics, volumetric performance, consumer insights and analytics, acquisition trends and retention weaknesses.



5- SFP Market Research/Insights Activities:
Serve as the category's research and insights gate-keeper for market research function. Coordinate with market insights function to ensure relevance, frequency, and quality of data received in all internal and external market insights activities and reporting. Identify gaps in consumer and category insights that can facilitate the SFP strategy design by proactively proposing various market research initiatives.



6- Integrity and compliance:
Follow PM policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them throughout the organization. Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with
safety and security procedures. Assure all company equipment and property is maintained in a good condition and adheres to all relevant EHS policies and procedures. Advocate
and assure safety and compliance and report all accidents and events regardless of their magnitude. Ensure that all activities are in line with PM Marketing Code and Code of
conduct and provide advisory to Retail business partners to meet law requirements regarding smoking prevention.



7- Legal compliance:
Apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with all applicable laws and PMI Principles & Practices across the organization in order to support
long term sustainability of PM business.



Qualifications:



  • Overall Experience: Specific Experience: min. 5 years experience mostly in multinational FMCG or Agency, with experience in Marketing and/or Sales
  • Ability to: manage end-to-end projects, multi-task in a dynamic environment, build relationships, solve problems, impact and influence • Client centric mentality • Self-motivated, driven and the desire to help • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • English proficiency is a must • Strong people skills • Outstanding organisational skills
