Job description

  • Perform general administrative tasks: Invoicing, data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying.
  • Post and process daily journal entries to record all business transactions
  • Assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements,
  • Assist with internal audits by compiling documentation and answering queries
  • Ensure financial data integrity in accounting software and databases.
  • Prepare, organize, and edit documents: reports, and internal communications.
  • Assist in daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping records.
  • Prepare collection report and reconcile receivables accounts


Skills

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational, time‑management skills.
