As a Digital Learning & Knowledge Design Assistant intern, you'll play a key role in making our eLearning content more interactive, creating engaging videos with Synthesia, and transforming our internal wiki space into a go-to resource for knowledge and best practices. You'll collaborate with our Scrum Masters, Learning, and Communication teams to create high-impact learning experiences.
Design and enhance eLearning materials to make them more interactive and learner-centered
Create engaging videos with Synthesia that tell stories, convey knowledge, and drive learning
Develop visual and multimedia assets to support our learning initiatives
Redesign and enrich our Factory wiki space
Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Communication, Multimedia Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field
Graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 and the internship is required by your university.
Proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video creation software (Premiere Pro, Camtasia, After Effects, Synthesia, or similar)
A fast learner, detail-oriented, and AI enthusiast
Comfortable working in a collaborative and agile environment
Fluent in English
