Your Mission

As a Digital Learning & Knowledge Design Assistant intern, you'll play a key role in making our eLearning content more interactive, creating engaging videos with Synthesia, and transforming our internal wiki space into a go-to resource for knowledge and best practices. You'll collaborate with our Scrum Masters, Learning, and Communication teams to create high-impact learning experiences.


Your Responsibilities
  • Design and enhance eLearning materials to make them more interactive and learner-centered


  • Create engaging videos with Synthesia that tell stories, convey knowledge, and drive learning


  • Develop visual and multimedia assets to support our learning initiatives


  • Redesign and enrich our Factory wiki space


Your Profile
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Communication, Multimedia Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field


  • Graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 and the internship is required by your university.


  • Proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video creation software (Premiere Pro, Camtasia, After Effects, Synthesia, or similar)


  • A fast learner, detail-oriented, and AI enthusiast


  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and agile environment


  • Fluent in English
