About the job: The Head of IT is responsible for defining and executing the overall technology strategy across the Group’s portfolio of companies.
This role ensures scalable, secure, and efficient IT operations while enabling business growth through standardization, modernization, and strategic alignment.
Operating within a decentralized, acquisition-driven environment, the Head of IT will balance governance with flexibility—supporting multiple business units with varying levels of IT maturity.
Key Responsibilities 1.
IT Strategy & Leadership Define and implement the Group’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on technology investments and risks Lead IT transformation initiatives across portfolio companies Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks and standards 2.
Infrastructure & Operations Oversee all IT infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, networks, endpoints) across the Group Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems Standardize tools, platforms, and vendors where appropriate Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and vendor relationships 3.
Cybersecurity & Compliance Define and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Oversee risk management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning Conduct regular audits and security assessments 4.
M&A IT Integration Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions Develop and execute post-acquisition IT integration plans Drive synergies through consolidation and standardization Ensure smooth onboarding of new companies into the Group ecosystem 5.
Business Systems & Applications Oversee enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, etc.
) Drive adoption of modern workplace technologies (e.
g., Microsoft 365, cloud platforms) Partner with business units to improve operational efficiency through technology 6.
