Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical hair education sessions.
• Demonstrate up-to-date hair techniques in styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Assess trainees skills and provide meaningful feedback to support improvement.
• Develop lesson plans and customize training methods for various learning needs.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional standards are maintained at all times.
• Stay informed about industry trends and integrate innovative techniques into training.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning atmosphere.

Must-Have Requirements

• Certified qualification in hairdressing/cosmetology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a hair professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in teaching or training.
• Proficiency in the latest hair techniques and safety standards.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience in adult learning or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with digital teaching or e-learning tools.
• Arabic language skills.
• Prior experience in a training institute.
