Job description

Aspire Software is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, (AI) to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals.
By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
About the Role: As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) , you embed directly with our businesses to design and ship AI-powered solutions against real, often messy, problems.
You'll move between companies and domains — building a retrieval pipeline for one business one month, standing up an agent workflow for another the next.
You own problems end to end: understand the domain, scope the solution, build it, and get it into production.
This is fundamentally a builder's role.
We care far more about whether you can turn a problem into working software with modern AI tooling than about the title you held before.
That means we're open to two kinds of people: experienced software developers , and senior product managers (or others from a product background) who have the technical know-how to actually build things themselves.
If you can ship, and you're fluent with AI tooling, the lane you came from matters less than what you can do with it.
Why This Role Is Different Hard problems, real impact.
The projects are demanding and technically ambitious — you'll work at the frontier of what current AI tooling makes possible, on systems people actually depend on.
Breadth no single company can offer.
Across finance, logistics, education, government, and automotive, you'll see a far wider range of problems, data, and constraints than you would inside one product — and get sharp at recognizing patterns across all of them.
Latest tools, encouraged.
We expect you to use the best available AI development tools and to push them hard.
Experimentation is part of the job, not a side project.
Genuinely generous with tooling.
This is one of the real perks of the role.
Our leadership structure lets us purchase tools quickly, and we're open about which AI toolsets you use — if a tool will make you faster or better, we'll get it for you without a drawn-out approval process.
Autonomy. You're trusted to go deep into a business, figure out what's worth building, and ship it.
What You'll Do Embed with portfolio businesses to identify, scope, and build AI-powered solutions to high-value problems.
Design and build RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines and agentic systems that integrate with each business's data and workflows.
Integrate large language models via APIs ( Anthropic Claude, OpenAI / GPT , and others) into production applications.
Use AI-native development tools ( Cursor, Claude, Windsurf ) and automation platforms ( n8n and similar) to build and ship quickly.
Take projects from problem framing through to deployed, maintainable software.
Move fluidly between business domains, ramping up fast on unfamiliar industries and codebases.
The non-negotiable is that you can build.
Beyond that, we recognize two paths into this role: Senior software developers — you've built and shipped real systems and can operate independently.
(In rare cases we'll consider a less experienced developer who is exceptionally strong with AI tooling, but senior experience is the norm.
) Senior product managers / product backgrounds — you've worked in a product or product-management role and have the genuine technical know-how to build things yourself, not just spec them.
If you can take a problem and ship a working AI-powered solution, your product instincts are a real asset here.
Whichever path you come from, we also expect: Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Windsurf , and a genuine interest in AI more broadly.
Comfort integrating AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) into real applications.
The ability to own ambiguous problems end to end and ship.
Adaptability — you enjoy jumping into new domains and getting productive quickly.
Nice to Have Experience building RAG pipelines in production.
Experience building agents / agentic workflows.
Familiarity with n8n or similar automation / orchestration platforms.
Exposure to any of our verticals: finance, logistics, education, government, or automotive.
Tools & Technologies You'll Work With Anthropic Claude · OpenAI / GPT · Cursor · Windsurf · RAG pipelines · AI agents · n8n · LLM APIs
