About the Role  

An experienced finalizer with eagle eye vision who will help with conceptualizing, designing and producing materials in digital formats for film, television and videos & social for our clients. 


As a Finalizer, you play a key role in bringing our brand message and vision to our customers across multiple platforms. 


We are looking for a passionate team player that has an in depth understanding of digital landscape, creative trends and tools to join our team. The ideal candidate for our team has a problem-solving mentality, is able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively with an eye for detail, works well under pressure of deadline, and thrives on collaboration and teamwork. 


We work on a variety of formats: website banners, CRM emails, social content, out of home advertising and in-store executions. We are looking for a versatile thinker that can translate concepts across many platforms, formats and sizes.

What You’ll Do 
  • Provide a clear direction for the team in support of business objectives. 
  • Finalising files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed. 
  • Adapting artworks into many sizes. 
  • Incorporate quick changes recommended by the clients into the final design within the constraints of time. 
  • Ensure all work produced adheres to specified guidelines.  
  • Prepare file for printing upon request; identify the size and the form with file. 
  • Develop graphics and material for presentations upon Art Directors request. 
  • Carry out work as briefed, unless variations to brief are requested.  
  • Coordinate with the Creative Team of Art Directors and Designers. 
  • Has ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment. 
  • Ensure your work is checked and signed off before releasing.  
  • Retouch images when necessary. 
  • Ensure that the graphics created are compatible with existing content and the brand image of the clients 
  • Create storyboards, edit designs and animations.  
  • Execute all retouching and Photoshop works on all images used in the layout and design of all publications and materials completed by the Creative Team.  
  • Stay up to date on social and digital updates and innovations.  
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  
  • Prepare printing and other reproduction specifications (select ink, paper, and print quality); inspect proofs for accuracy; recommend contractors (typesetters, printers, illustrators) 
  • Work with a wide range of media graphic design software and techniques who is an expert in Adobe illustrator and Photoshop. Aftereffects is a plus. 
  • Responsible for rolling out multiple formats, sizes and specs of any given creative quickly and efficiently 
  • Think creatively to develop new efficiencies, templates and workflows to create synergies in the creative process 
  • Localize global Sephora templates and content to the MENA market 
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including social, e-commerce, and CRM to receive and analyze briefs and requirements 
  • Execute concepts flawlessly into multiple formats for different platforms 
  • Manage timelines for content delivery
