JOB OBJECTIVE         


As an Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing the delivery of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality BI products that meet customer requirements. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be essential in leading projects to success.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Agile Leadership: Act as a servant leader, coach, and advocate for Agile principles and practices within the BI product development teams.
  • Delivery @ Scale Transformation
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to develop project roadmaps, release plans, and sprint backlogs.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring that team members are aligned with the product vision and goals.
  • Delivery Management: Lead and monitor the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that BI products are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and encouraging teams to implement lessons learned.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality BI products by implementing best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including team members' time and skills, to maximize productivity and meet project objectives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track project metrics and KPIs to measure performance and make data-driven decisions for process improvements.

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS          


  • Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, etc.);
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Project Manager in an Agile environment, preferably in the BI domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI
