About the job: Cross-Functional AI Deployment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify manual processes that can be enhanced by AI (e.
g., lead enrichment, sentiment analysis, or automated reporting).
Workflow Automation: Design and manage complex automated workflows using Zapier, Make, or Power Automate to connect disparate tools with AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
). CRM Enhancement: Implement AI-driven features within Dynamics 365 for Sales to improve data hygiene and sales team productivity.
Custom Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine high-quality prompts and "GPT" style agents tailored to specific departmental needs.
Tool Evaluation: Research and pilot emerging AI tools to determine their feasibility and ROI for our specific business use cases.
Experience: 2 years of experience in technical roles such as Integration Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Systems Automation.
Automation Mastery: Proven experience building multi-step "Zaps" or similar automated workflows that incorporate logic and data transformation.
CRM Familiarity: Strong functional understanding of Dynamics 365 (or a similar enterprise CRM) and how it handles data objects.
Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.
Basic proficiency in a scripting language (e.
g., Python or JavaScript) for handling custom code steps in automation tools.
Experience with Prompt Engineering and working with LLM APIs.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms beyond just automation (e.
