Job description

We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce & Online Coordinator to join our women's fashion company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website through WooCommerce, restocking products online, and handling customer orders via WhatsApp.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage the website (WooCommerce).
  • Upload new collections and ensure product info is accurate.
  • Monitor and restock items on the website.
  • Respond to customer messages and take orders through WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the stock team to ensure product availability.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with WooCommerce.
  • Familiar with basic website management and product uploads.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in online customer service is a plus.
