Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced person with selling and placing investment products with clients to join our company. The ideal candidate will drive the marketing and placement of our new investment products, building and managing relationships with potential investors and high-net-worth individuals to secure funding. This role involves strategic outreach, relationship management, and investor onboarding, requiring a deep understanding of the investment market and a strong network within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote our new investment fund to qualified investors.
• Identify, approach, and engage potential investors to meet fund-raising goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors, keeping them informed of fund performance and other relevant updates.
• Conduct market research to identify new investment trends and opportunities that align with our offerings.
• Provide support throughout the investment process, from due diligence to final onboarding.
• Establish and maintain a detailed database of investors profile based on their investment preference and risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, legal, and financial standards are met.
• Proven track record in investment sales, business development, or a similar role
• Extensive network and experience in securing high-net-worth and institutional investors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, preferably a Masters or MBA
• At least 5 years’ experience in investment placement, of which at least 2 years must be in an investment bank/company in Kuwait
• Kuwaiti National Only
