The Fleet Supervisor plays a critical role in the daily operations of the company’s delivery fleet, ensuring all transportation activities align with company standards and goals. This position is essential for maintaining vehicle efficiency, overseeing driver performance, ensuring timely deliveries, and enforcing safety protocols. The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for coordinating logistics, managing fleet maintenance, and optimizing route planning to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day fleet operations and ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Manage and train drivers and logistics staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor vehicle conditions and schedule regular maintenance and repairs.
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely service.
- Track fleet performance and delivery KPIs, and report findings to management.
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints promptly to maintain high service levels.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure all drivers adhere to safety policies and driving regulations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation supervision.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with fleet tracking systems and route planning software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and, preferably, a background in mechanical or logistics operations.

المسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للأسطول وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة واللوائح المرورية.
- إدارة وتدريب السائقين وفرق اللوجستيات، وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة ومنتجة.
- مراقبة حالة المركبات وجدولة أعمال الصيانة الدورية والإصلاحات.
- تحسين مسارات التوصيل لتحقيق الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- متابعة أداء الأسطول ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتوصيل وتقديم التقارير للإدارة.
- حل مشكلات التوصيل وشكاوى العملاء بسرعة لضمان مستوى عالٍ من الخدمة.
- إجراء الفحوصات والتدقيقات للتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والتشغيل.
- التعاون مع فرق المستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية لتنسيق جداول التسليم.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لاستخدام المركبات، واستهلاك الوقود، وسجلات الصيانة.
- التأكد من التزام جميع السائقين بسياسات السلامة والأنظمة المرورية.

- Should have a valid driving license issued from Kuwait
