Job description

The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant while delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational skills to manage staff, oversee food quality, and maintain high standards of service. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing budgets, and driving sales while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food.
  2. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
  3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock.
