Conduct formal training courses as well as providing one-on-one training for undersigned Personnel and Company’s Planning Staff by demonstrating the proper use of the various instruments and testing techniques
Define a project(s) portfolio, organize the portfolio into an official capital improvement plan, and share the plan with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Manager / Team Leader and ensure obligations are met and appropriate project support and administration controls are in place meeting critical milestones.
Aware of the adaption of International Financing Corporation (IFC) performance standards and External Credit Agency (ECA) requirements. Provide administrative and data support to the Manager / Team Leader regarding the project & company tasks.
Provide input to new policies, processes and for the development of strategies.
Occasionally may attend and act as a recorder for confidential meetings such as management meetings. Follows up on action items as required, prepares agendas, and circulates necessary materials for meetings.
Skills
Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas – O&G Industry (Surface & Sub-Surface) specialized Corporate Planning services in O&G industry with (10) years of experience in supervising specialized planning Personnel.
Leadership and administrative skills to supervise and co-ordinate all the activities related to this job title and to report to Group Manager / Team Leader.
Must be computer literate and effluent in English speaking and writing.
The ability to work with minimal supervision, proactive and oriented to multitask.
