Role Summary A qualified MEP Inspector with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspection within major building or infrastructure projects.
The role ensures that all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards, while maintaining strict quality and safety compliance on site.
Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s / diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP inspection for building or infrastructure projects • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, NEC, etc.
) • Experience reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals • Ability to monitor site activities, identify non‑conformities, and ensure corrective actions • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and project documentation requirements • Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams • Proficiency in site reporting, inspections, and compliance tracking • Experience working in the Middle East is preferred • Commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery timelines
