Job Title: Manager of Institutional Effectiveness


Position Requires Relocation to Kuwait

Location: Jahra, Kuwait


Job Purpose 


The Manager of Institutional Effectiveness oversees institutional assessment, data collection, and performance reporting. The role supports strategic planning, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing outcomes and ensuring alignment with institutional goals and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities 


  • Coordinate institutional assessment and effectiveness activities across units
  • Collect, analyze, and report institutional performance and outcomes data
  • Support strategic planning, program review, and evaluation processes
  • Develop and maintain institutional effectiveness reports and dashboards
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making
  • Support faculty and staff in assessment planning and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of institutional data
  • Prepare reports for accreditation and internal review purposes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with institutional assessment and effectiveness methodologies
  • Ability to translate data into clear and actionable reports
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools

Education and Experience


  • Master’s degree in Institutional Research, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in institutional effectiveness, assessment, or institutional research
  • Higher education experience strongly preferred
