Develop standard and non-standard contractual agreements and templates, and review contracts prepared by clients from a legal perspective, identify and resolve legal risks found, and ensure adequacy of contract clauses as well as their alignment with United Beverage Company ’s best interest.

Prepare all legal documentation, agenda, reports, and notes as required by United Beverage Company in front of the relevant authorities, such as Power of Attorneys and authentication of contracts to ensure all requirements are met.
Conduct research on latest trends in account agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms, and contract amendments.
Ensure third-party agreements comply with internal policies and legal/regulatory requirements (local and international).
Provide legal advice to protect the company’s interests, minimize liability, and ensure compliance with statutes and regulations.
Conduct legal research and investigations, supporting the Legal Advisor in risk mitigation tactics.
Handle and follow up on court judgments to protect the company’s legal interests.
Coordinate with external law firms to manage lawsuits and ensure proper representation in court.
Follow up on payment delays with relevant stakeholders and legal advisors to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain communication with legal advisors, court officials, and authorities to track case progress.
Prepare comprehensive legal memos, briefs, and various court-related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards and procedures.
Collect relevant legal documents and data for ongoing cases and company operations.
Ensure the accuracy and updating of legal data in internal systems to support business activities and legal compliance.
Liaise with external legal advisors, government regulatory authorities, and service providers across jurisdictions.
Represent UBC in meetings and court sessions, ensuring proper legal representation and interest protection.
Archive and maintain a filing system for legal documents, contracts, guarantees, and official documents.
Manage relations with legal contacts, maintaining proper communication and documentation of interactions.
Perform ad-hoc and other job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
