Role Overview

We are looking for a Kitchen Administrator to join our culinary operations team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Head Chef and ensuring smooth communication between kitchen teams and management. The Kitchen Administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting daily kitchen operations.



Main Responsibilities
  • Print recipes, guidelines, forms, and daily operational documents



  • Enter, retrieve, and manage data in computer systems and databases



  • Maintain both digital and paper-based filing systems for kitchen records and reports



  • Prepare weekly kitchen meeting reports and summaries for the Head Chef



  • Record and update daily wastage sheets and input data into KDS systems



  • Compile, sort, and cross-check records of kitchen activities



  • Support stewarding team with administrative paperwork



  • Maintain and update leave records for culinary and stewarding teams



  • Track and update inventory-related information such as expiry dates



  • Follow up with chefs regarding maintenance requests and operational updates



  • Ensure timely completion and distribution of all reports and correspondence



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data at all times



Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative role (hospitality industry preferred)



  • Strong communication skills in English



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)



  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



  • Experience in fast-paced or large food operations is an advantage



  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure



  • Must be currently based in Kuwait



  • Multilingual ability is a plus
