Reports To: Senior Architect / Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architects with up to 5 years of experience to join our Fit-Out Department. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept through completion. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation for interior fit-out projects.
Support senior architects and project managers in design coordination and site inspections.
Prepare detailed drawings including layouts, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural) and vendors during the design and execution phases.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with approved drawings and design specifications.
Participate in material selection and sample reviews.
Assist in preparing BOQs, tender packages, and shop drawing reviews.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Requirement open for Arab Nationals
0–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in fit-out or interior projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of 3D rendering tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing related to interior architecture.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
