📢 The Job Post
Role: IT Manager (FEC & Facilities “mall management”)
Sector: Family Entertainment Centers / Mall Management
*The Mission*
As our IT Manager, you will be the technical heartbeat of a premier entertainment destination in addition to mall management. You’ll ensure that every tap of a game card, every frame of security footage, and every byte of data across our mall facilities moves at lightning speed and with 100% reliability.
*What You’ll Do*
• Command the FEC Ecosystem: Take full ownership of our cashless systems (Embed, Sacoa, Semnox, or Intercard). You’ll handle everything from hardware installation at the kiosks to back-end database troubleshooting.
• Infrastructure Lead: Build and maintain robust server environments and high-density networking solutions capable of handling thousands of simultaneous guest connections.
• Security & Surveillance: Oversee a complex CCTV network and integrated access control systems to ensure guest safety and loss prevention.
• Mall Operations Support: Act as the bridge between facility management and technology, ensuring BMS (Building Management Systems) and digital signage stay online.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate SLAs and manage relationships with ISPs and hardware providers.
• Experience: 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a Mall, Theme Park, or FEC environment.
• Technical Toolkit: * Proficiency in FEC platforms (Intercard, Semnox, etc. is mandatory).
• Strong grip on Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls).
• Experience with Windows/Linux Server administration and Virtualization.
• The "Hands-on" Factor: You are a leader who isn't afraid to go under a desk or climb a ladder to fix a stubborn AP or card reader.
• Communication: The ability to explain "why the system is down" to stakeholders in plain English and *Arabic is an advantage*.
You'll no longer be considered for this role and your application will be removed from the employer's inbox.
