Reports To: Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and maintaining effective Compliance Programs and Practices.
• Provide support as instructed by the manager in the continuous compliance in respect of the reporting and regulatory requirements of the concerned regulators and institutions, including, but not limited to, the Capital Markets Authority “CMA”, Boursa Kuwait “Boursa”, and Ministry of Commerce and industry “MOCI”, Kuwait Clearing Company “KCC”
• Create detailed periodic reports as instructed by manager
• Advise all stakeholders on the standards and regulatory procedures to be maintained as per CMA, KCC and Boursa Kuwait.
• Liaison between group companies, shareholders & respective authorities (i.e. Ministries, KCC, CMA, Boursa).
• Plan, participate and supervise the organization Annual General Assembly Meetings.
• Assist in AGMs & EGMs with all documents, approvals, and communications.
• Drafting all relevant minutes of AGMs.
• Assist manager in the announcement of the financial results to Boursa &CMA.
• Ensure that Company’s frameworks are maintained and updated as required by regulatory and approved by the Board.
• Compiling, assessing, and reporting compliance information to the manager
• Ensure that the company activities comply with relevant legislations and regulations.

Minimum 3 years experience in the field of compliance
