Makaseb Is Hiring Business Development Manager for Lemon Production , will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, and promoting the company’s services.
The role focuses on expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth, with a strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market.
Key Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
* Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
* Perform field visits to promote and sell the company’s services.
* Develop sales strategies and execution plans.
* Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
* Collect the initial payment from new clients and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the Kuwaiti market.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
