Job Title: Business Developer

About the Role

Qawam is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Developer to lead our efforts in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing internal systems, and driving forward the center’s expansion goals. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a systems thinker, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced wellness-focused environment.

As a Business Developer, you will play a central role in shaping Qawam’s future—by enhancing internal performance, maximizing revenue opportunities, and helping establish a sustainable path for growth.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Growth Strategy & Opportunity Hunting

  • Identify and analyze lost or missed business opportunities, such as canceled clients, unconverted leads, or underutilized services.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to re-engage lost clients and improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Propose new revenue streams, service improvements, or client touchpoints to increase market presence.

🔍 Operational & Strategic Insight

  • Review current internal processes and systems to identify bottlenecks, gaps, or inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement improvement strategies that enhance the overall client journey and backend workflows.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align growth plans with Qawam’s long-term vision.

🤝 Vendor & Collaboration Development

  • Research and recommend external service providers, platforms, or technologies that can boost performance (e.g., automation, marketing, CRM integrations).
  • Initiate and manage collaborations with freelancers, agencies, and partners to support campaigns, marketing, and tech enhancements.

📊 Reporting & Recommendations

  • Track KPIs related to business growth (conversion, retention, cancellation rates).
  • Provide actionable weekly and monthly reports with insights, risks, and suggestions.
  • Monitor competitor trends and industry shifts to keep Qawam ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in business development, strategy, or operations.
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and arabic
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and service-based businesses is preferred.
