The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Responsibilities:
- Assist with documentation and data entry tasks.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Support in coordinating office supplies and inventory.
- Follow up on documents, approvals, and pending files.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
