Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations.
· Implement and enhance automation tools for reconciliations, payroll, expense tracking, and reporting (e.g., Zoho, Excel, or AI-driven platforms).
· Analyze financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
· Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, and inter-branch transactions.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities in coordination with operations and management.
· Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and year-end audits.
· Collaborate with IT and department heads to digitize finance-related workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
· Maintain proper documentation and internal controls across all accounting activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
· Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role (minimum 4–5 years).
· Solid understanding of accounting software (preferably Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory), financial regulations, and reporting standards.
· Advanced Excel skills: experience in working with automation tools or AI-powered platforms is a strong advantage.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
