Job description

  • التواصل مع العملاء لتحصيل المستحقات المالية
  • إعداد ومتابعة خطط السداد والتفاوض بشأنها
  • توثيق جميع عمليات التحصيل وتحديث النظام
  • التنسيق مع الفريق القانوني في حالات التعثر
  • الحفاظ على أسلوب مهني ولبق مع العملاء


طبيعة العمل:

دوام كامل – 6 أيام في الأسبوع

الراتب والمزايا:

Skills


  • خبرة سابقة في مجال التحصيل أو خدمة العملاء (يفضل سنة على الأقل)
  • إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة (الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية)
  • مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة على الإقناع والتفاوض
  • الانضباط والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحقيق المستهدفات
