Role Details We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Team Leader to manage the workshop operations of a multi-franchised premium car brands repair centre.

Leading a team of motor vehicle technicians you will ensure service and repairs are completed efficiently, following manufacturer guidelines and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who can lead the technical team whilst developing their skills in management and performance reporting.



Key Responsibilities



  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop staff
  • Allocate jobs and manage workloads to meet deadlines and productivity targets
  • Ensure all work is completed the highest quality standards
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support, mentor, and train workshop technicians and apprentices
  • Monitor equipment, tools, and workshop resources to ensure they are maintained and used correctly
  • Liaise with management and other departments regarding workflow, parts, and scheduling
  • Assist with diagnostics, repairs, or technical tasks when required

Candidate Profile



  • Qualified Master Technician with brands such as Audi, BMW, Porsche or Mercedes Benz
  • Previous experience in a workshop or technical environment overseeing and mentoring technicians
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team-management abilities
