The Opportunity
This position works out of our Astana location in the EPD Division.
What You’ll Do
Personnel management in the assigned territory;
Organization of the work of the field force, control of the work of representatives;
Maintaining effective relations between the company, representatives of the healthcare sector and pharmacy chains;
Regular monitoring of the market, keeping records of KPI;
Planning and organization of promotional activities (conferences, round tables and projects).
Required Qualifications:
Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;
Work experience of 2+ years as a regional manager;
Fluency in Russian;
Knowledge of the specifics of the region;
Ability to organize and plan time;
Experience in personnel management;
Integrity, leadership qualities, initiative, responsibility;
