Responsibilities:
  • arrange records management and document control within the Company
  • control incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • provide rhythm of office transport performance, mail correspondence transportation
  • provide transport as per requests of employees of office, book and provide transport for meetings and seeing offs in an airport, railway station
  • arrange trips of drivers in Tengiz as per requests. Implement company Policy about office transport use, safety and safety inductions to visitors
  • control and issue visitor badges, and also control issued number of badges
  • work with taxi and mail delivery services
  • сontrol and record all calls for taxi
  • meet and see off visitors of the Company

Qualifications:
  • higher education
  • work experience in the respective position no less than 1 year
  • competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software 
  • excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • аttention to detail, ability to manage a high volume of work
  • previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
  • strong skills in Excel and Word
  • excellent customer relationship skills
  • demonstrable experience of being able to prioritize and manage workload to achieve end result
  • working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard, quality of output
  • possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level
