• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field with an excellent grade• 3-5 years of experience in tender coordination or bid management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry• Knowledge of medical procurement processes and public/private healthcare tenders• Familiarity with medical regulatory requirements and documentation• Skills & Competencies• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management systems• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Requirements• Experience with government or hospital tenders• Knowledge of medical devices and healthcare services• Understanding of ISO, CE, FDA, or local health authority requirements
