Sr Manager, MRPv Levant (Jordan, Lebanon & Syria)

Your new role


As Senior Manager, MRPV, you'll be the strategic link between medical affairs, regulatory compliance, and pharmacovigilance activities across multiple markets. Your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated MRPV strategies for product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across assigned markets while maintaining pharmacovigilance excellence.
  • Acting as the primary contact for health authorities on medical, regulatory, and safety matters.
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers, safety reports, and medical information responses.
  • Driving continuous improvement of MRPV processes and systems in collaboration with global teams.
  • Managing and developing MRPV team members while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Partnering with commercial, medical affairs, and clinical teams to support business objectives.

This multidisciplinary team plays a vital strategic role at the affiliate level, dedicated to scientific excellence, regulatory compliance and pharmacovigilance ensuring that our innovative treatments reach patients safely and effectively. The team is at the forefront of changing perceptions around obesity, working closely with Key Opinion Leaders, health authorities, and cross-functional partners to drive MRPv competencies and alignment across the affiliate, while pioneering new ways to communicate science that drives business results.


Your skills & qualifications


We're seeking an experienced MRPV professional who thrives in complex, multi-market environments. You'll bring:


  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field; MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and/or pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry. Additional experience in OTC and/or FMCG sectors is considered a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across different regions.
  • Deep understanding of international regulatory requirements (ICH guidelines, EMA, FDA, and other regional authorities).
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with attention to detail in compliance and safety matters.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
