About the opportunity

Responsible for finding goods and services for the company at the best value regarding quality and price. Additional duties of this position include tracking orders, resolving issues concerning price disputes, assisting the cost analysis and preparation of contracts and working closely with upper management teams as well as outside vendors to meet project requirements.



  • Liaise between suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders/customers. 



  • Develop market providers list and contacts for new products and services, with their pricing lists.



  • Manage new projects and ensure all work is being executed efficiently and effectively.



  • Build strong relationships with current and potential suppliers to establish credit terms, and answer company needs in a timely manner. 



  • Produce monthly procurement reports and statistics in a cost saving approach.



  • Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.



  • Negotiate on contract terms in favour of the company's business. 



  • Process payments and invoices with the finance department. 



  • Review purchase orders to determine items being manufactured, scheduled for shipping, destination, priority of order and receipt.



  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases (Monthly cash flow).



  • Arrange travel needs for all employees, in terms of hotel bookings, airline tickets, invoicing, inside and outside Egypt.



  • Manage visa arrangements for employees traveling. 



  • Plan and implement transportations provided to agents from and to Delivery Hero sites in Egypt and meeting points. 



  • Oversee the PCR test processes



  • Manage Head office internal branding in coordination with marketing team and printing houses. 



  • Organize conferences and events. 



  • Branding Requests including B.C, Letterheads, Stamps and Giveaways …, etc.



  • Responsible for the design specifications, production, quality and price of Talabat Rider Kits “Pouch, Cap, Branded Mask & T-shirt”




What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of local supplier markets and procurement practices in Jordan.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure strategic vendor agreements.
  • Strong experience in CAPEX & OPEX procurement, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (MSD365, SAP, Oracle or similar) and data-driven procurement decision-making.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments, managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and vendor stakeholder management skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret procurement data and market trends.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in contracts, procurement planning, and financial reporting.
