About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Systems Engineer to join our Microsoft Infrastructure team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions for our customers while providing expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for complex infrastructure environments.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
The Senior Systems Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, architect appropriate solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and deliver enterprise infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.
Lead technical engagements and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
Build, present, and clearly articulate technical solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and promoting professional growth.
Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage the adoption of best practices across the team.
Identify technical risks and challenges proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.
Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing enterprise IT environment.
Proven experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects and supporting enterprise customers.
Technical Skills Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with: Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Server Hyper-V Windows Server Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft System Center Products Microsoft Azure Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft 365 Microsoft Defender Microsoft Intune Microsoft Purview Required Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
