Maintain hands-on involvement in on-premise server environments , including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization.
Design and execute migration strategies (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to hybrid/cloud) with minimal service disruption.
Microsoft Platform Expertise Architect, deploy, and support: Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid) Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP SQL Server (installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning) Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
Annual Bonus salary raise Required Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Experience Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise technologies.
